Selectel Wireless is helping you stay connected through the new Affordable Connectivity Program(ACP).
What is the Affordable Connectivity Program?
Congress created the long-term $14 billion Affordable Connectivity Program which has replaced the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program. This investment in broadband affordability will help ensure eligible households can afford the internet connections needed for work, school, health care and more for a long time.
The benefit will provide a $30.00 discount toward internet service including Mobile Broadband for eligible households and up to $75 per month for households on qualifying Tribal lands from a participating provider.
Eligible households can also receive a one-time discount of up to $100 to purchase a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from participating providers if they contribute more than $10 and less than $50 toward the purchase price.
New Selectel Wireless customers will also receive a Free Smartphone.
The Affordable Connectivity Program is limited to one monthly service discount and one device discount per household. If you have already received a one-time device discount on the EBB program you are not able to receive the connected device discount on the ACP program.
If you meet one of the qualifications below you are eligible to receive a Free Smartphone (New Selectel Wireless Customers) and a $30.00 Monthly Wireless Service Plan from Selectel Wireless at NO COST TO YOU until the program ends! New and existing Selectel Wireless customers may enroll. The $30.00 Monthly Service Plan includes Unlimited Talk, Text, and 5GB of High Speed Mobile Broadband every month. Additional High Speed Mobile Broadband can be purchased at an additional charge.

You can get ACP if you or someone in your household participate in one of these programs:
- SNAP(Food Stamps)
- Medicaid
- WIC
- SSDI
- Federal Public Housing(Section 8)
- Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
- Free and Reduced-Price School Lunch Program or School Breakfast Program, including at U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Community Eligibility Provision schools in the 2019-20, 2020-21, or 2021-22 school year
- Received a Federal Pell Grant in the current award year
You may need to provide proof of eligibility when you apply for the ACP.
Steps to Enroll
1. Click the Apply Now to see if you qualify. You will be asked to enter your personal information which will be sent to the National Lifeline Accountability Database to check your eligibility in the Affordable Connectivity Progam. After you are qualified return to this page to Enroll in the program with Selectel Wireless.
2. Next complete the ACP Enrollment Form. The Enrollment Form will apply your monthly ACP benefit and verify your shipping address for a Free Smartphone(New Selectel Wireless Customers).

The Affordable Connectivity Program(ACP) is a long term program operated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) that provides discounts on monthly broadband Internet access service and certain connected devices. ACP services and devices are subject to consumer eligibility, provider participation, product availability, and FCC/Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) approval. When you apply for the ACP program your personal information will be used to check your eligibility in the program through the National Verifier. If you qualify for the ACP program you will receive a $30.00 monthly discount towards any Selectel Wireless monthly service plan.
The Affordable Connectivity Program is limited to one monthly discount per household and is also limited to one-connected device discount per household. You will be notified 30 days before the program ends via text message and or email. You may continue as a Selectel Wireless customer when the program ends by purchasing a regular Selectel Wireless monthly service plan which will be subject to Selectel Wireless regular monthly plan rates, terms, and conditions.
